This summer’s season of Love Island is set to premiere on Monday, June 5, at 9 p.m. on ITV2 and ITVX from Mallorca, where a number of fresh singles are looking for love.

Maya Jama will be back as host of the popular format’s Love Island, which is produced by Lifted Entertainment, “part of ITV Studios,” and Motion Content Group. Iain Stirling, a well-known comedian, and narrator, will voiceover each and every episode.

The Islanders must try their hardest to flirt, date, and couple up when they return to ITVX and ITV2 in June if they want to avoid being “dumped” from the Island. With newcomers, some people may turn their heads, while others will reveal their true sentiments. There is never a dull moment in the ultimate search for love, whether it be romance and heart-to-hearts or betrayal, bombshells, and broken hearts. The romantic Islanders are in for more texts, fire pit gatherings, and challenges, so there will be plenty to gossip about in the Beach Hut. Twists and turns, including shocking recouplings, unanticipated breakups, and dramatic dumps, will occur at every turn.

One couple will ultimately triumph and be named the Love Island winners for Summer 2023 as the couples compete to win each other’s hearts as well as the hearts of the general public.

Love Island: Aftersun is also returning to ITV2 and streaming on ITVX, with Maya Jama hosting live from London, catching up with Islanders as they leave the Villa, getting first-hand interviews from family, celebrity fans, and ex-Islanders, and airing exclusive unseen footage.

The official Love Island podcast, Love Island: The Morning After, will also return this summer, hosted by Sam Thomspon and Indiyah Polak as they discuss the latest couplings, dumpings, and bombshell antics.

As it enters its tenth season, Love Island remains at the forefront of popular culture. Series 9 of Love Island has had over 161 million program streams on ITVX since it premiered on January 16th. With 3.4 million viewers, the launch attracted the series’ largest audience to date, making it the year’s largest digital audience to date.

Finally, the Love Island social accounts have received over half a billion video views, as well as over 4 million tweets about the previous series.
