Mia Khalifa Unloads on Netanyahu After His UN Speech: “F*** Netanyahu, the UN Is a Disgrace for Allowing Him to Even Speak”

Mia Khalifa has slammed the UN on Thursday for giving Netanyahu the floor at the UN General Assembly despite the arrest warrant for him that exists within the International Criminal Court.

“F*** Netanyahu, the UN is a disgrace for allowing him to even speak when the ICC has an arrest warrant out for him on the grounds of genocide,” she tweeted from her account on X.

The ICC arrest warrant does not involve genocide. In November 2024, arrest warrants were issued for Israeli PM Netanyahu and for his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant because of accusations of war crimes and crimes against humanity during the Gaza war. Israel refused to recognize the jurisdiction of the court and to acknowledge committing any war crimes.

During the September 24th address, Netanyahu denied the accusations directly. He told the leaders of the countries of the world that allegations of Israeli genocide in Gaza are not only a lie but “the biggest lie of the century,” making a defiant statement in which he also claimed Israel’s right to wage war against Iran. Many delegates left the room before Netanyahu’s speech; in response, he invited those who remained to leave as well.

Demonstrators organized a protest against Netanyahu’s arrival for the 81st session of the General Assembly in New York’s Union Square. The PM was expected to stay in the US for only six hours, with no planned meeting with US President Donald Trump.

Khalifa, a Lebanese American former adult film actress who became a social media influencer, is a known opponent of Israel and a defender of Palestinian interests since at least 2021; each time, she draws a strong reaction in response to her posts. For instance, that year, she tagged Israeli actress Gal Gadot “genocide Barbie” when Gadot posted about the conflict. In May 2021, she also addressed Netanyahu and said that she wanted to add all war criminals of the region to her list of people whom she blocked online.

As a result, her statements had professional consequences. After posting something about Hamas’ attack on Israel on October 7, 2023, Canadian radio host Todd Shapiro stopped cooperating with her. Playboy later canceled a podcast deal with Khalifa.

The arrest warrants still exist under pressure from Washington and objections from Israel. The US sanctioned almost all members of the court’s leadership, including its former chief prosecutor Karim Khan, two deputy prosecutors, and nine judges, including the court’s president. There are still two pending appeals from Israel, and one of them questions the jurisdiction of the court over the Israeli nationals since Israel is not a member of the court. This month, a deputy prosecutor confirmed that the arrest warrants remain in effect.

In turn, this week, The Wall Street Journal reported on sanctions against the court as an organization prepared by the Trump administration that could be finalized during the General Assembly. Netanyahu’s office calls the warrant “bogus” and the court a “kangaroo court.”
