Racist white man harassing an asian woman in Brentwood, California has been identified as Michael Dalcin. The racist mocks the woman for being Asian and then chases her around the car.

Dalcin has been violent and racist and has an arrested record for nearly beating someone to death yet LAPD dismissed the concerns of the Asian woman.
Beach City Brokers, Dalcin employer, released a statement announcing that they fired him for the video that is going viral on social media. 
There has been a huge spike in anti-Asian racism in the United States in the last year.
The Stop AAPI Hate self-reporting tool had recorded over 800 discrimination and harassment incidents against Asian Americans in California in the span of three months, including 81 assaults and 64 potential civil rights violation.
