A substitute teacher from Missouri claims she was fired because of her OnlyFans profile.
“If teachers were paid better, women wouldn’t have to resort to online content creation,” Sheena Sittner stated. “Sex sells.”
According to FOX 2 St. Louis, Sittner did not think she would lose her job, but she was surprised that the staffing agency where she found a teaching position warned her not to go anywhere near school territory, even though her daughter attends school in this district.
Sittner said she worked as a substitute teacher throughout the period she has been creating adult content and that she has had this OnlyFans account for over two years. Sittner believes whoever has seen her content must have been searching hard, since she created the account a long time ago.
According to The Hill, Sittner always expected her account would be exposed one day “because whatever you put online, it’s on there forever.”
In response, a district spokesman said Sittner should be treated like any other parent and participate in all kinds of school activities, since she has passed a background check and completed an online safety training course.
Staffing agency Kelly Education said that their warning about not communicating with schools applies to her professional activity and does not prevent her from being involved in her daughter’s education.
“My personal life is completely separate from my professional life,” Sittner said.
