Following the success of Too Hot To Handle Germany, Netflix is currently filming an adaptation of the global hit series Love Is Blind, in which singles in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland who want to be loved for who they are rather than what they look like will sign up for a less traditional approach to modern dating.

Thirty singles begin this 10-episode show by talking to potential partners without being distracted by the other person’s appearance, motivated by a shared desire for big, true love. When Cupid has finished his work, they will propose to their chosen partner and then see their fiancé for the first time. Back in the real world, couples will attempt to supplement their emotional bond with a physical one by planning their wedding day together. Will they discover on their long-awaited wedding day that falling in love blindly is possible? Or will they be sabotaged by physical realities and external factors?

Netflix is casting for the series with its German production partner Redseven Entertainment. Interested singles can learn more by clicking on the link here.

The original US version of the show, produced by Kinetic Content, debuted on Netflix in 2020 and has since become a global phenomenon. The fourth season will premiere in April 2023, and the format has already got adapted in Brazil, Japan, and is currently in development in Sweden and the United Kingdom.
