OWN’s Hit Series “Ready to Love” Returns for a New Season in Fort Worth

OWN’s popular dating series, “Ready to Love,” is set to captivate audiences once again as it returns with an all-new season this winter. The series, hosted by comedian and actor Thomas “Nephew Tommy” Miles, brings together 20 eligible singles in Fort Worth, Texas, exploring genuine romantic connections in the historic city.

The show, which delves into the real-life romantic experiences of successful and striking Black men and women in their 30s and 40s, has become the #1 cable series in its time slot with key African-American female demographics on Friday nights. With its unique approach to dating, “Ready to Love” follows the journey of singles as they navigate the complexities of relationships, aiming to turn budding romances into lasting love.

This season, the diverse cast includes a flight attendant seeking to build a life of love on land, an esthetician searching for a connection beyond the surface, and a fashion stylist in pursuit of inspiration. The series promises surprises with an early no-show, unexpected dismissals, and complicated love triangles that keep viewers on their toes.

The romantic quest takes the contestants through various experiences, from lavish brunches and mixers to action-packed water activities and group dates. As emotions run high, the cast faces challenging situations while exploring their romantic interests.
