‘Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story’ Enters Netflix’s Most Popular List

Bird Box Barcelona, the most-watched movie of the week with 19M views, kept its top spot on the Non-English Films List for a second week in a row. Fans kept removing their blindfolds and entering the thrilling world of Bird Box Barcelona.

The new film from writer/director Juel Taylor, They Cloned Tyrone, starring John Boyega, Teyonah Parris, and Jamie Foxx, debuted at #3 on the English Films List with 6.3M views and a “Certified Fresh” score of 92% on Rotten Tomatoes.

The Deepest Breath and Unknown: Cave of Bones, two new documentaries, respectively debuted on the list at #2 and #5, with 6.5M and 4.6M views each. The Out-Laws took the top spot on the English Films List for the third week in a row with 12.1M views. Extraction 2 maintained its position at number one for the sixth week in a row with 3.8 million views, while animated hit Nimona spent the fifth week at number one with 3.4 million views.

On the Non-English Film List, The (Almost) Legends (Mexico) debuted at #4 with 2.8M views, followed by Turkey’s Love Tactics 2 (5.2M views), the French drama Gold Brick (2.7M views), Poland’s Mr. Car and the Knights Templar (2.6M views), and the Filipino romance Seasons (1.3M views).

Fans poured themselves some sweet tea and celebrated the return of best friends Maddie, Helen, and Dana Sue by propelling Sweet Magnolias to the top of the English TV List with 4.6 million views. Both seasons of The Lincoln Lawyer remained on the list, with Season 2 ranking second (4.6M views) and Season 1 ranking ninth (2.1M views).

Returning favorites dominated the rest of the list, with Season 3 of The Witcher (4.2M views), Season 5 of Too Hot To Handle (4.1M views), Survival of the Thickest (3.8M views), Fatal Seduction (3.2M views), and Quarterback (2.9M views).

Her Royal Highness Charlotte of Mecklenburg-Strelitz continued her reign as Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story debuted at #10 on the Most Popular list. The Shondaland series has now received 80.3 million views.

The Korean drama King the Land remained at the top of the Non-English TV List for another week, with 4.7 million views. With 2.4 million views, the Indian thriller Kohrra debuted at #3 on the list.

Fans flocked to their favorite shows, including Japan’s Burn the House Down (3.5 million views), My Happy Marriage (2.1 million views), and Record of Ragnarok Season 2 (1.5 million views); Korea’s Celebrity (1.8 million views) and See You in My 19th Life (1.5 million views); and Mexico’s The Surrogacy (1.4 million views).
