Regina King Will Direct Comic Book Adaptation of ‘Bitter Root’ for Legendary

Regina King set to direct and produce film adaptation of the Harlem Renaissance-set comic book series BITTER ROOT for Legendary Pictures.

BITTER ROOT follows a fractured family of once-great monster hunters who face an unimaginable evil that descends upon New York City.

The film will be produced by ‘Black Panther’ director Ryan Coogler.
