The Remy Ma Collection is available now and will use a portion of the proceeds to support resources to enhance the lives of those who have been incarcerated. In 2008, Remy was found guilty of two charges of assault, for shooting her friend Makeda Barnes-Joseph twice. She was sentenced to eight year in prison at Rikers Island. This proves anybody can change with a second chance. Remy Ma went from being a prisoner at Rikers Island to a hip hop mogul.
