Rep. Ilhan Omar launched a strong criticism of United States Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth during a recent interview, calling him “pathetic” and hoping to see him replaced.
In an interview with Pablo Reports, Rep. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota said that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth’s presence in the United States government reflects poorly on her home state and the country as a whole.
“I mean, what can you say? You know, he’s always been pretty pathetic,” Rep. Ilhan Omar said. “It pains me as a Minnesotan that’s the person that we have in the administration.”
Rep. Ilhan Omar continued by saying that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth reflects poorly on the United States as a country.
“I just hope he gets replaced because he’s an embarrassment on a national, international stage for us.”
