I am a Rom-Com super fan so I was excited when I had the opportunity to talk with the cast of Netflix’s band new romantic comedy “Resort to love” staring Christina Milian, Jay Pharaoh and Sinqua Walls.

Resort to love follows aspiring singer Erica as she navigates life and feelings after dealing with a break up with her fiancé . To make matters worse , Erica scores a job singing at her ex-fiance’s new wedding on an island far away from home. Erica ha stop go through the motions about a relationship she is not over yet while figuring our her life and career. Mixed with comedy and a diverse cast, Resort to love made sure to have a balance of comedy and romance of course.

As an OG Christina Milain fan, someone who was introduced to her as a pop star, I was excited to see that she would be singing in her new role. She stated that she loves when fans ask her all the time about singing because she’s been acting for over 10 years now and truly loves acting because it gives her more family time and she able to spend more time with her kids !She said she loves singing so the fact that her chapter Erica would be a wedding singer was one of the reasons she jumped to take the role.

Comedian Jay Pharaoh and actor Sinqua Walls play brothers and their chemistry was truly unmatched. When I asked Jay about his role as the leading man in a rom com, he also said thats one of the reasons why he took the role because he wanted fans to see him in diverse roles because fans know him from comedy roles and doing the best impressions on earth!
