Shericka Jackson Cements Her Name In Track & Field History

Jamaica’s Shericka Jackson outgunned compatriot Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce on the back straight to win 200m gold at the World Athletics Championships.

Jackson set a championship record of 21.45 seconds, the second fastest time ever run over the distance. She is the first woman to run sub 10.8 in the 100m, sub 21.5 in the 200m, and sub 50 in the 400m.
