Soulja Boy has asked for DNA tests before proceeding with the case concerning child support for his three-year-old son, KeAndre Way, based on the latest court documents obtained by TMZ.
Soulja Boy now claims he doubts his paternity of the boy despite having called KeAndre his son before in public.
These demands follow months after Jackilyn Martinez filed for custody of KeAndre along with child support. In her petition, she has claimed that she has been the primary caregiver of the child and Soulja Boy sends money to her occasionally when she requests it from him. Additionally, she alleges Soulja Boy has made the process difficult and prolonged.
Soulja Boy demands a DNA test before any decision regarding child support is made. If the court allows, this DNA result will determine future child support payments.
