‘SOS’ by SZA remains at #1 on the Billboard Hot 200 chart for a fifth consecutive week with 125k units. SZA’s ‘SOS’ ties ‘Midnights’ by Taylor Swift as the longest-running #1 female album of 2022 on the Billboard 200. (5 weeks)

SZA’s ‘SOS’ is the first album since ‘30’ by Adele to spend its first five weeks at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart. SZA’s “SOS” is now the longest-running #1 R&B album on the Billboard 200 this decade (the 2020s) in 5 weeks, surpassing “After Hours.”

The TDE artist album is the first R&B album by a female act to spend five weeks at #1 on the Billboard 200 since TLC’s “Fanmail” in 1999. It’s the first R&B album by a female solo act to do so since Mariah Carey’s ‘Daydream’ in 1995–96.
