The Rock Confirms ‘Hobbs and Shaw 2’ Is In Development

Dwayne Johnson has confirmed that a ‘HOBBS & SHAW’ sequel is in development.

Hobbs and Shaw is a spinoff centered around Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham’s characters from the Fast and Furious franchise.

The film wasn’t nearly as successful as its Fast and Furious counterpart, but still did monstrous numbers for not having the entire fast and furious cast. The film performed very well overseas.

Fast and Furious screenwriter Chris Morgan (who also helped write Hobbs and Shaw) revealed his original plan for a sequel was to reveal the man behind the sinister company Eteon.

Aside from that, there isn’t much information on Hobbs and Shaw 2.
