Trace Cyrus Accuses Brenda Song of Faking Pregnancy, Abortion, and a Brain Tumor

Trace Cyrus just detonated the internet.

The 35-year-old musician, best known as the heavily tattooed frontman of Metro Station (and yes, Miley Cyrus’ older brother), launched a jaw-dropping series of accusations on Instagram this week that have left fans stunned and speechless. And the target of this digital exposé? His former fiancée, actress Brenda Song.

This wasn’t a gentle reminiscing. This was Trace lighting a match and walking away from seven years of alleged deception, betrayal, and what can only be described as unhinged emotional warfare.

Let’s unpack the damage.

A Comment Turns Into Chaos

It all started quietly enough under one of Trace’s Instagram posts about ICE raids in California, a political commentary seemingly unrelated to his personal life. But things spiraled instantly after an Instagram user, @_karapyle_, decided to fire off a shady little comment:

“Ahhhh now we know why Brenda left. Good riddance.”

Most celebrities would ignore the troll. Trace Cyrus did the opposite.

Instead, he blasted back with a comment that can only be described as a scorched-earth confession:

“@_karapyle_ yes because she stole thousands of dollars from me and faked multiple pregnancies, & lied about being terminally ill to make my family and I think she had breast cancer and a brain tumor. It was all a lie. She was humiliated to ever show her face around my family again once we figured it out and my mom confronted her and called her out on all of it. Thanks for reminding me of another scenario where I was a great loving person and someone did me wrong for no reason.”

No one was ready for that. Not even Instagram. But Trace wasn’t done.

“She Faked an Abortion”: Trace Alleges Brenda Went Full Horror-Movie

In a follow-up comment, Trace dropped an even darker bomb:

“@_karapyle_ oh she also faked an abortion with fake blood covering the bathroom floor and my mom and I rushed her to the obgyn. That’s when all the lies started unraveling and we realized it was fake.”

Let’s pause here. The man is claiming his ex-fiancée staged a fake abortion using prop blood. This is no longer tea. This is arsenic.

And just when the internet tried to catch its breath, Trace dragged the story into even more unbelievable territory via his Instagram stories.

Brain Tumor Lies and the Bandage Incident

According to Trace, Brenda Song went as far as faking brain surgery. Yes, you read that correctly.

In a series of Instagram stories, Trace claimed:

“The funniest part though is when she showed up after getting the ‘brain tumor’ removed from the best surgeon in Chicago she claimed…”
“She didn’t realize we were catching on to her lies. So when she showed up to my house with a bandage on her head claiming she just got out of surgery I ripped it off exposing no surgery had been done.”

This is now a Lifetime movie in real-time. Complete with props, family trauma, fake medical drama, and the crumbling of an entire reality.

The Internet Is In Shambles

Brenda Song has made no public statement about Trace Cyrus’ comments. Her name is currently trending across multiple platforms, with fans divided. Some are expressing concern, others are disbelieving, and many are asking why now.

The couple famously dated on and off from 2010 to 2017 and were once engaged. Brenda later moved on with actor Macaulay Culkin, who now shares two sons named Dakota Song Culkin and Carson Song Culkin.

Trace’s sister Miley has not commented, and neither has the Cyrus family at large, though Trace claims his mother personally confronted Brenda after discovering the alleged lies.
