The Twitch streamer expressed her unhappiness with her colleagues’ reactions in the content production sector, emphasizing the need to not victim-blaming and advocating for empathy and support for survivors.

“There is just a lot going on right now in the creator space. I’m really disappointed in my peers and how they are… reacting and kind of downplaying the situation,” she said.

Recognizing the potential repercussions of speaking up, she stressed the importance of elevating survivors’ voices and campaigning for their rights.

“So yeah, I just think it’s important not to victim blame. It is important to hear people out. And it does end in getting a lot of s**t, as you can tell, on the internet. You speak up for people, it does not normally end well for you,” she stated.

The streamer took to social media on March 12, 2024, to share a meaningful message with her audience about the significance of her recent disclosure. She expressed gratitude for the support she has received, underlining her commitment to advocating for sexual assault victims and urging others to speak up.
