U.S. Supreme Court to Review Boston Marathon Bomber’s Death Penalty Case

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday agreed to review a federal appeals court’s decision to overturn capital punishment charges against Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. The Trump administration filed an appeal with the court in 2020 after the 1st Circuit dismissed death penalty charges over concerns of juror bias.
