Veronica Perasso Breaks Down Her Surgery History: “I Made the Biggest Mistake of My Life”

Veronica Perasso said she has decided to publicly account for every cosmetic procedure she has undergone, saying the disclosure is meant to raise awareness rather than promote plastic surgery.

In a video posted to Instagram, Perasso walked through the procedures in the order she had them, beginning when she was 20.

“I have never told the full story, but I’m gonna give you today a rundown of every surgery I have done and the order. One of the surgeries is the worst thing I have done and one of them is the best thing I have ever done. So let’s start. I’m nervous. I’m gonna start with my very, very first surgery, my breasts. I did my first breast augmentation when I was 20, and I did Celine,” she said.

She said the results changed over time.

“And at first they looked gorgeous, they were up here, and with time I guess they kept growing and then they were too big,” Perasso said.

Injectables followed, she said.

“My second surgery, or I would say procedure, was fillers. I did the whole face basically. I did my lips, I did here and here and here, filler, Botox, all of that I did,” she said. “And I’m really late on my Botox.”

Dental work came next.

“Third procedure was my teeth, and I started with, I don’t know what’s the correct name, they were not porcelain, and they were not permanent,” she said.

Perasso said her fourth procedure was a Brazilian butt lift, a fat transfer operation she said cost $3,500 in Miami.

“Number four, BBL. The fat was transferred to my hips and a little bit on my butt. Here’s where the worst part comes. I didn’t come out, out of that surgery looking great. I paid $3,500 for that surgery. Miami. It wasn’t a doctor probably who did my surgery. My belly was full of scar tissues and it took me a long time, therapy, massages to recover,” she said.

She said recovery required therapy and massage, and she described the experience as one she is willing to discuss candidly.

“I would say I did not look good, and I’m being open and honest here. I of course now I don’t believe that I need to look a certain way to be loved, and I wasn’t around the right people. I was not gonna find love in Miami full of surgeries,” Perasso said.

She said she later spent $10,000 on Sculptra, an injectable used to stimulate collagen production.

“But let’s continue. What happened after that? I did Sculptra. I paid $10,000 to get Sculptra. Sculptra is something that helps your collagen expand. I don’t know. If you know, you know,” she said. “And it takes a long time to kind of like produce results. So that means I wasn’t happy after that. And I made the biggest mistake of my life.”

Perasso ended the video without describing that decision, telling viewers the account would continue in a second post.
