Footage Shows Chernin Entertainment’s Vibiana Molina Trespassing In DeVante Deschwanden’s Home

Chernin Entertainment’s Executive Vice President of Business Affairs has gone viral after trespassing into one of her neighbors’ homes to complain about the noise.

DeVante Deschwanden posted a TikTok video earlier today showing a woman entering his house without his permission. “I got my first Karen, literally walked into my house,” Deschwanden says in the video. “I know I’m walking into your house,” the woman he’s filming says. He responds, “it’s amazing,” to which she responds, “I know it’s amazing,” and she goes on to say that she’s going to report him to the owners because it’s too much as she walks down the stairs.

Before she leaves, she tells Deschwanden that if he doesn’t want people to come in, he should “not write entrance, rooftop, third floor” near his front door. Deschwanden follows her out the door to get the license plate of her BMW.

Deschwanden describes the situation in his house at the time the woman entered his home in the TikTok caption.

“Me and my friends were having a small rooftop concert. We notified ALL our surrounding neighbors including her that it would be over by 10. It was not 10. Yet, she thought it was acceptable to trespass on our property, and walk through our whole house to get to our rooftop, and began to threaten Us. She was extremely hostile, threatening to call the police etc.”

Danesh, a TikTok user known for recognizing these types of people, revealed that the woman in the video is Vibiana Molina.

Prior to Chernin Entertainment, Molina was in charge of Fox’s business and legal affairs for the cable and streaming production company, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Molina joined Chernin Entertainment in the summer of 2021, according to Variety.

Vibiana Molina has not yet commented on the viral video, and Chernin Entertainment hasn’t issued a statement about the situation. Molina is still employed by the studio as of now, despite many on social media pleading with the studio to fire their head of business and legal affairs.
