24-year-old Rwandan woman, Lilliane Mugabekazi is facing two years imprisonment for indecent dressing at a concert. The government of Rwanda has vowed to tame indecent dressing.

Liliane Mugabekazi was released yesterday on bail, confirmed by Rwanda Judiciary Spokesperson Harrison Mutabazi.
Her bail ruling was set for this coming Tuesday but the court fast-forwarded the decision to grant her bail.
Mugabekazi spent 12 days in detention. Her arrest raised a public uproar and a petition demanding her release received over 2000 signatures by press time
