Cassie Ventura is no longer in the United States and will not be returning, as shown in court documents filed on May 1, 2026, in a civil lawsuit.
According to Ventura, 39, she now lives overseas and can easily travel to New York to meet with her attorneys. This is in response to the lawsuit filed by Clayton Howard, a man who claims that Ventura hired him as a male escort along with her then-boyfriend, Sean “Diddy” Combs, for sex-related engagements. In his lawsuit, he claims that he caught an STD, fathered an unwanted pregnancy, which resulted in her getting an abortion, and he also got injured both physically and psychologically.
He is one of several male escorts assisting with the prosecution of Combs’ criminal trial.
According to TMZ reports, she has reportedly received a $30 million settlement due to allegations of abuse by Combs. Ventura got $20 million from Combs himself, while the rest came from a hotel where an assault was filmed on camera.
In their letters regarding Howard’s lawsuit, Ventura claims that Howard reached out to her husband, Alex Fine, and informed him of the abuses she faced at the hands of Combs.
While pregnant, Ventura testified for Combs’ federal trial, and now that she has turned a new leaf and has moved forward in her life with a baby from Fine, she believes she deserves to move on from all that.
The legal name of Diddy is Sean Combs, and he is charged federally with crimes.
