A woman is under investigation for cruelty to animals because she chained up her agitated Akita at a lamp post in front of a veterinary clinic before she went on vacation in Egypt.

According to The Daily Mail, Paula Blackwood, 47, chained up her dog, Carla, during one of the hottest days of the year, with temperatures nearly 35 degrees Celsius. The dog managed to break free and got assistance from the passers-by.

The Wiltshire Council is investigating the matter. According to the council, the dog is currently in their possession and undergoing treatment.

Ms. Blackwood may be charged with abandonment of the pet.

I’ve made $84,000 so far this month working online and I’m a full time student. I’m using an online business opportunity I heard about and I’ve made such great money. It’s really user friendly and I’m just so happy that I found out about it. The potential with this is endless.
