Woman Reveals What Boyfriend Told Her After She Found Nudes on His Phone: “Your Body Doesn’t Suffice”

A woman going through a breakup is sharing the story of her relationship on a new TikTok account, saying that telling it publicly will keep her from going back to the man she dated on and off for about six years.

In a lengthy “storytime” video, Lupe Ochoa described the night in 2022 when she said she spotted nude photos of other women on her boyfriend’s phone. She said the discovery, and a comment he made months later about her body, left lasting damage.

“Hello everyone, I am currently going through a breakup,” Ochoa said. “I was with this person since 2020, so about six years on and off. I thought I would share some story times mostly just to keep myself accountable so that I don’t fall back and go back with this said person. So I feel like exposing everything that I went through is going to help me and also help anyone else that’s watching this.”

Ochoa said she started a new account because her main one is followed by people she knows offline.

“Sometimes I feel like people in real life, they have you on things not even because they care about you as a person but more so just to be nosy,” she said. “I feel like having those people on my other account were really hindering me from talking about my experience.”

A night out at a brewery

Ochoa said the incident happened around March 2022, when the couple had been dating for about two years. She referred to her former boyfriend as “Alex” for the purposes of the video.

“We live 40 minutes apart, so he had come that night to see me,” she said. The two went to a brewery in her city, and she said he wanted to show her a photo of a car he had worked on that day.

By then, the couple no longer followed each other on Instagram. Ochoa said he “decided that having each other on Instagram was just causing too many problems.” She added that access to their phones was one sided.

“He had my password to my phone because I have nothing to hide ever, and he never ever ever ever gave me the password to his phone,” she said. “I know I’m literally a dumba**. That’s such a red flag. If your man does not give you his password, just know he’s hiding something. Just f****** know. Take it from me, take it from me. He is hiding something, girl. He is hiding so many things actually.”

As they sat together and he scrolled through his photo gallery, Ochoa said she recognized something in the thumbnails.

“I look closely and my heart sinks to my motherf****** a**, you guys,” she said. “I will literally never forget this feeling. It literally felt like my whole world was crashing down on me.”

“I see tiny, tiny little squares of b****, huge b**** that are not mine,” she said. She added that there were “multiple pictures of b**** and like of girls and of like I think bikinis or something.”

‘Don’t make a scene’

Ochoa said she stayed quiet at first while he opened the car photo, then confronted him.

“I was like, ‘Alex, what the f*** was that?'” she said. She said he answered, “It’s nothing, what are you talking about, it’s nothing.”

“I was like, ‘Whose nudes are those? ‘Cause those aren’t mine. Whose f****** picture is that?'” she said. She said he told her, “Don’t make a scene right now,” or something along those lines.

Looking back, Ochoa said she should have left immediately.

“I know that I literally should have just walked out at that point. I should have Ubered my a** home,” she said. She said she was 21 at the time and would turn 22 a few months later. “I was so young. I had so much time to literally say f*** you, goodbye, and never speak to him again, but obviously that didn’t happen.”

She said he later claimed the images came from an adult performer.

“He tells me that it was from a porn star. It was a porn star’s nudes, so like, you know, ‘I’m not cheating on you, it’s just a porn star,'” she said. She said she asked, “Where did you get that? Are you like partaking in OnlyFans?”

“I never got an explanation about that,” Ochoa said. “He never really cleared anything up for me.”

Ochoa said she ignored him for the rest of the night, and he eventually walked out of the brewery, insulting her as he left.

“He’s calling me all sorts of names,” she said. “He’s like, ‘F****** dumba**, this is why I can never go out with you. You always make a big deal out of nothing. F****** dumba**, f****** dumba**, just wasting my time.'”

She followed him to the car and broke down.

“I remember I just start bawling my eyes out, you guys. I went hysterical honestly,” she said. “I was like, ‘Why did you do that? Why are those pictures there? How f****** h**** could you possibly be?’ It’s like, ‘Delete them. F****** delete them. You’re so f****** disgusting.'”

When he saw how upset she was, she said, “he ends up apologizing the best way that he could or that he knew how to.”

‘Your body doesn’t suffice’

Ochoa said she kept raising the incident for months because she never felt reassured. During one argument, she said, he snapped.

“I guess he was just tired of me bringing up the same s***, even though it’s very normal, because he would never make me feel reassured in any way,” she said. She said he told her, “Yeah, I had those pictures in there because your body doesn’t suffice.”

“Imagine being 21, 22, hearing that from the person that you literally adore and love the most,” Ochoa said. “It made me really insecure even though I knew my whole life, I knew my worth, I knew my value, I knew what I brought to the table.”

The couple stayed together for years after that night, she said, and she plans to share more stories.

“I was telling my little sister yesterday, I can literally write a book of everything that I went through with that man,” she said.

Despite everything, Ochoa said she does not hold a grudge.

“He’s a really kind, sweet person, you guys. I don’t hold anything against him,” she said. “I’m just like, you know what, that’s the person you are, that’s you, buddy. But we’re just not compatible in any way, shape or form anymore.”

She said her goal is not to expose him.

“I’m just talking about my experience and how that affected me and my life, because obviously that’s fair,” she said. “I’m not the only girl that has been mistreated for literally no f****** reason. If you don’t love your girlfriend, if you don’t think she’s enough for you, f****** leave her alone.”

Ochoa closed the video on a lighter note, telling viewers she was headed to a concert and hoped they had “an amazing weekend.”
