Asserting herself as the First Lady of 4Hunnid Records, Day Sulan returns with a new single entitled “Bailar” with YG. Once again, the inaugural signee under the joint venture between YG’s 4Hunnid and Epic Records comes through with a red-hot bilingual bop.
Over throwback-style West Coast keys, she spits sexy and seductive verses, alternating between English and Spanish. YG pulls up with a powerhouse cameo of his own. In the music video directed by No Love Out West, Day Sulan takes over the neighborhood with traffic-stopping dance moves and undeniable charisma while paying homage to Los Angeles Mexican culture.
Day Sulan recently joined forces with YG and D3SZN for “Hit Em Up.” It has already racked up 1.3 million Spotify streams and 1.5 million YouTube views on the music video. In addition to plugs from Complex and more, REVOLT recently named her one of “11 Female Rappers to Watch in 2021” and went on to proclaim, “It’s literally just the beginning for the artist, but it’s looking bigger than ever.” Last year, she dropped a series of fan favorites, including the blockbuster collaboration with YG “Equinox” and “Big” [feat. Rubi Rose]. The latter amassed 2.3 million Spotify streams and 1.9 million views on the music video.
