Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead Streaming on Crunchyroll Starting July 9th

Crunchyroll has officially acquired the streaming rights to Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead, a highly anticipated zombie horror comedy anime series that will begin simulcasting on July 9 at 2:00 AM Pacific Time, with new episodes subtitled every week.

Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead is based on the hit manga series of the same name, written by Haro Aso (Alice in Borderland) and illustrated by Kotaro Takata, which is currently serialized in Shogakukan’s Monthly Sunday Gene-X in Japan and distributed in English in North America by Viz Media.

BUG FILMS created the animation for Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead, which was directed by Kazuki Kawagoe (Komi Can’t Communicate). Hiroshi Seko (VINLAND SAGA; Attack on Titan Final Season; Mob Psycho 100) wrote the series.

Kii Tanaka (PuraOre! Pride of Orange) designed the characters, Junpei Fukuchi (Pokémon) designed the zombies, and Makoto Miyazaki (SPY x FAMILY; One Punch Man) composed the music. KANA-BOON performs the opening theme, “Song of the Dead.” Shiyui performs the closing theme “Happiness of the Dead.”

Japanese voice cast and characters:

  • Shuichiro Umeda as Akira Tendo/Akira
  • Tomori Kusunoki as Shizuka Mikazuki/Shizuka
  • Makoto Furukawa as Kenichiro Ryuzaki/Kencho
  • Minami Takahashi as Beatrix Amerhauser

Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead will be available on Crunchyroll with subtitles in English, French, German, Italian, Castilian Spanish, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Hindi, Russian, and Arabic.

The series will also be available in English, French, German, Italian, Castilian Spanish, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Hindi dubbing. Launches of dubs will be announced at a later date and are subject to change.

The series will be aired on Crunchyroll in the United States and its territories, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, as well as the Indian subcontinent, on a weekly basis.
