A24 Summons Talk to Me Sequel with Danny and Michael Philippou returning to direct

For the follow-up to their summer horror blockbuster ‘Talk to Me,’ A24 is reuniting with Danny and Michael Philippou.

‘Talk To Me’ is breaking box office records, with the studio’s second biggest opening weekend ever.

The film had its world premiere at Sundance this year and was a festival breakout, receiving rave reviews from critics and audiences alike (94% on Rotten Tomatoes).

Danny Philippou and Bill Hinzman will collaborate on the script for “Talk 2 Me,” and Danny and Michael Philippou will helm the film.

Samantha Jennings and Kristina Ceyton of Causeway Films produced “Talk to Me.”

The film joins A24 horror franchises such as Ti West’s X trilogy, with the upcoming film MaXXXine starring Mia Goth, Halsey, Elizabeth Debicki, Moses Sumney, Michelle Monaghan, Bobby Cannavale, Lily Collins, Giancarlo Esposito, and Kevin Bacon.
