Families who could not afford proper funerals for their loved ones who died from the coronavirus will be eligible for up to $7,000 in reimbursement, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Sen. Chuck Schumer announced in New York.
It’s official. If you’ve lost a loved one due to COVID-19, you will soon be able to get reimbursed up to $7,000 for the expenses of laying a loved one to rest.
