The drama, inspired by Edith Wharton’s unfinished final novel of the same name, is a production by The Forge and has garnered critical acclaim.
The series, starring Kristine Frøseth, Alisha Boe, Josie Totah, Aubri Ibrag, Imogen Waterhouse, Christina Hendricks, and Mia Threapleton, weaves a compelling narrative set in the 1870s London season. As a group of vibrant American girls disrupts the traditional London scene, seeking more than just husbands and titles, “The Buccaneers” explores a clash of cultures and traditions with a modern twist.
