The video, shared on Instagram by Ramirez on December 8, 2023, has garnered attention on social media platforms. In the footage, Powell is heard yelling, “I hate Mexicans! It’s true! Danesh, known as “That Danesh Guy” on TikTok, quickly identified Powell as the woman in the video. Powell, in response, posted an image on Instagram Stories with the words “Guilty of being white” before deleting her account.

Despite the video evidence and public backlash, Ramirez has not mentioned pursuing legal action against Powell. Powell, a resident of Barstow, has remained silent on the matter.
