The red band trailer of the Lebron James remake of the 1990 comedy House Party is finally out!
This first-look trailer shows Jacob Latimore (The Chi) and Tosin Cole (TILL) in lead roles as a pair of friends that come up on the scheme of a lifetime. The duo works as a pair of house cleaners for mansions and discovers the latest mansion they embark on belongs to the one and only Lebron James. The two friends get the idea to throw the biggest house party of all time in Lebron’s home and well….we have to wait and see the film to see what happens next!
House Party promises several celebrity cameos including D.C. Young Fly (“Armed,” “For the Love of Money”) and Scott Mescudi (“The Harder They Fall,” “Don’t Look Up”), and is directed by Calmatic, the Grammy-winning music video director in his feature film debut.
It is produced by LeBron James (“Hustle,” “Space Jam: A New Legacy”) and Maverick Carter (“The Wall,” “What’s My Name: Muhammad Ali”) under The SpringHill Company, their empowerment media conglomerate.
“House Party” is written by Jamal Olori & Stephen Glover (“Atlanta”) and executive produced by Richard Brener, Josh Mack, Victoria Palmeri, Spencer Beighley, Jamal Henderson, Gretel Twombly, Reginald Hudlin, and Warrington Hudlin.
