Carla Jeffery, “ZOMBIES” Actress and Disney Channel Star, Dies at 33

Carla Jeffery, the Disney Channel actress who gained fame for playing the part of Bree in the ZOMBIES franchise, is dead, aged 33.

The actress died on Tuesday, but no cause of her death was disclosed.

“It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Carla Jeffery.” Her long-time talent agency, Alexanders Talent Management, said. Having represented her for more than two decades, the agency remembered Jeffery as a beautiful, talented actress who could light up a room with her smile.

Born on July 10, 1993, in Houston, Carla Jeffery began her professional acting career in 2006, when she appeared in the film Phat Girlz alongside Mo’Nique. Other films include Curb Your Enthusiasm, Southland, iCarly, Good Luck Charlie, Shake It Up!, Best Friends Whenever, Game Shakers, and American Vandal, which airs on Netflix.

Carla Jeffery became famous among Disney Channel viewers when she played the part of Bree, a cheerleader from Seabrook High School and Addison’s best friend in the ZOMBIES franchise. She voiced the character in ZOMBIES: The Re-Animated Series.

Her representatives requested that the media respect the privacy of her loved ones during their mourning period.

Her twin brother, Carlon Jeffery, is also an actor who became famous for portraying Cameron Parks in Disney Channel’s A.N.T. Farm.
