Catalina White claims not to know the reasons for her remaining legally married to her ex-fiancé Chris “CT” Tamburello; only the latter could provide his side of the story.
In an exclusive interview with Where Is The Buzz, White discussed her divorce, which she filed in January, CT’s new relationship with former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks, and her current status.
“I certainly have my thoughts, but I won’t speak for him. You’d have to ask CT why we’re still married,” White commented.
When asked why she decided to file for divorce, White made it short.
“We were not well matched,” she said.
She said she did not regret marrying CT, but claimed she felt she had lost control of her own story.
“I don’t regret the marriage, but throughout the entirety of the relationship, I lost control of my own story and became the villain in somebody else’s,” she noted.
White, 40, and Tamburello, 46, got married in October 2024, and she filed for divorce in Florida on January 9th. According to her filing, the marriage is irretrievably broken, and she asks for a fair split of assets and debts, with no alimony awarded to either party.
Tamburello responded with a counterpetition for dissolution of the marriage, and in March both sides applied for a 30-day extension to file financial disclosures, saying they are negotiating a marital settlement agreement and will submit it soon. The case is still pending.
Tamburello and Parks met in late 2023 while shooting season 2 of Peacock’s reality TV show The Traitors in Scotland, when Parks called him her “castle daddy.” White and Tamburello announced their relationship in 2024.
Asked whether she ever doubted the nature of this friendship or thought that it involved any impropriety, White was very clear.
“Absolutely not. I have no reason to believe that,” she said.
She said she has no personal relationship with Parks.
“I don’t know her personally; Chris spoke highly of her,” White said.
Phaedra Parks confirmed their romantic relationship on September 4th on Jeff Lewis Live, saying the relationship is not platonic and that they plan to attend the Creative Arts Emmy Awards the next day. They made their first red carpet appearance on September 5 in Los Angeles, and the night’s photos were later posted on Parks’ Instagram account.
Commenting on the E! News article about the new couple, White told Tamburello to sign the divorce papers and added three clapping hand emojis to the post.
She said neither Tamburello nor Parks has contacted her after the separation.
“My statement wasn’t an invitation for a conversation. I was simply saying publicly what I’ve been saying privately for months,” White stated.
White, an influencer and an OnlyFans model, said that she started dating again.
“Yes, I’ve moved on, and I’m having fun in my cougar era,” she said.
White says they no longer communicate.
“No. He’s been blocked since the end of June. I’ve been through enough. Anything necessary can go through the appropriate professional channels,” White noted.
Tamburello is a long-time contestant on MTV’s reality show The Challenge. He has a son with his ex-wife Lilianet Solares. Parks has two sons with her ex-husband Apollo Nida.
