Hulu has released the official trailer for The Land, a new drama from Dan Fogelman, creator of This Is Us and Paradise.
The show follows Cleveland Browns head coach Danny Roarke, who has one more chance to save a team that has been struggling recently. It all depends on a new Ohio State quarterback drafted by the team, and it happens to be the coach’s son.
In addition, team owner Hal Durkin faces an important decision: which daughter will run the franchise in the future.
The plot of The Land focuses on two families, with conflicts not only on the field but also in the team’s front office. Fans want a successful season right away, and the team can face significant changes if it performs badly.
The cast includes Christopher Meloni, Mandy Moore, Chace Crawford, Sam Corlett, Tanner Zagarino, Chloe Bennet, Bridget Moynahan, William H. Macy, and Omar Epps.
Dan Fogelman created, wrote, and executive produced the series. Joining him as executive producers are Jess Rosenthal, Kevin Falls, and Justin Adler, along with David Ellison, Jesse Sisgold, and Jason T. Reed of Skydance Sports. The project is produced by 20th Television and Skydance Sports.
The Land will debut on February 15 on Hulu and Disney+, where it will be available to bundle subscribers in the U.S. International streaming will be available on Disney+.
