Police confirm one person is in custody after a gunman opened fire at the Cielo Vista mall area in El Paso. There have been multiple fatalities and multiple people taken to nearby hospitals. FBI, DEA and the ATF are responding. No concrete information on the motive for the shooting or identity of the male suspect. Situation is no longer active and is transitioning to a crime scene.

El Paso police said blood needed urgently. Multiple injured transported to various hospitals. Blood donation centers Vitalent Blood Services at 424 s Mesa Hills and 133 N Zaragoza

The suspect is also a white male but police still haven’t released his name to the public.
