The Twitch streamer ExtraEmily discussed her 24-hour suspension. ExtraEmily was banned for distracted driving while doing her live broadcast.
“I was suspended two days ago for distracted driving, and I clearly understand why I was suspended, because it’s very dangerous, and I want to learn from my mistake and do better in the future,” said ExtraEmily to her chat.
She added that she will modify her behavior regarding driving in her content.
“From now on, I’m going to try to minimize the amount of driving that I’m doing on stream,” said ExtraEmily. “And if I do drive on stream, I’m definitely going to have the chat off.”
ExtraEmily admitted that she understands why the viewers are upset.
“I do feel really bad for being distracted and not being safe on the roads,” said ExtraEmily. “I totally understand why people are like, what the heck? Like, what is happening? But I’m learning from it.”
She noted that she does not intend to drive on stream soon.
“I probably won’t be driving on stream for like, at least,” she said without specifying any period of time.
