OnlyFans model Samuel FairPlay made several Instagram stories about a quarrel with his ex-girlfriend. He states that he made those posts to inform others about the potential danger of toxic relationships.
Five Instagram videos depict the escalation of an argument that starts because FairPlay allegedly did not greet the girl and escalates further until it turns violent. There is a scene where FairPlay slaps the girl.
According to one of the videos, FairPlay states that he “hasn’t put hands on you at all today.” In one of the video snippets, there appears to be some kind of weapon, though FairPlay does not provide any additional information about it.
In the first caption, FairPlay states that the woman is his “crazy Latina ex from the 956,” that she “took my keys” and “backed into my garage.” The model claimed he ignored warning signs and convinced himself he could make it work.
In the second caption, FairPlay explains the video as a way to demonstrate the warning signs of toxic relationships. “A lot of people think that toxic relationships only start becoming a problem once someone gets hurt,” writes FairPlay, adding that “property damage, intimidation, controlling behavior, and retaliating once you try to leave” are the early warning signs that “something is seriously wrong.”
In the third video’s caption, FairPlay admits that he called the woman “a derogatory name,” but she was “blocking the door and refusing to let me leave.” He asks others not to “make any excuses” and to “leave before it gets worse.”
The fourth Instagram caption contains statements about the general behavior of the woman, saying that she would “punch you in the face, cry when you pack your bags, tell strangers you hurt her,” and “threaten to kill herself if you leave.” FairPlay claims that “not every relationship is worth saving” and the most powerful thing one can do sometimes is “walk away.”
In the fifth, the longest caption, FairPlay apologizes for his actions in the Instagram reel where he slapped the woman, stating that he “already faced the legal consequences.” However, he did not post this video “to justify anything or seek anyone’s sympathy,” but to show how relationships may deteriorate “if neither of the people involved walks away.”
“The truth is that things didn’t get better after this. They got even worse,” claims FairPlay, adding that “the arguments got more heated, the boundaries got obliterated, and situations that shouldn’t have ever happened in the first place became completely normal.”
He learned that once the situation turned into conflict, control, intimidation, and physical confrontations, one needs to leave to avoid further pain and additional legal consequences.
“If this video makes you feel uncomfortable, then it should,” FairPlay adds, saying that it makes him uncomfortable too. “My hope is that whoever will watch it sees the warning signs and leaves earlier than I did.”
FairPlay does not mention in his posts what legal consequences he faced. There is no official statement from the woman regarding the uploaded videos and captions.
