Former Lakota School District Teacher Ana D’Ettorre Accused Of Having Sex With 14-Year-Old Student

A 24-year-old former Lakota School District student teacher named Ana D’Ettorre got accused of having sex with a Liberty Junior School student.

A police report says the victim is 14 years old. He told his parents that his relationship began with Ana through exchanging photos via Snapchat.

The 14-year-old student claimed that they spent time with each other outside of school. They reportedly had three sexual encounters. The boy would sneak out of dad’s house in the middle of the night to meet up with Ana. She would pick him up and drive to a park to engage in sexual activities.

Ana D’Ettorre appeared in court yesterday to face charges on eleven counts of disseminating information detrimental to children and one count of engaging in unlawful sexual behavior with a minor, both of which are first-degree felonies, according to the indictment.

While in court, Ana D’Ettorre pleaded not guilty to the charges. Her bond got set at $10,000, and prosecutors say there is a video of D’Ettorre and the student engaging in sexual activity. J.R. Bernans represents her, and Ana is no longer teaching and lives out of state.
