Influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza is suing social media influencer Clavicular (true name Braden Peters) for battering, making false statements, and causing her emotional distress, according to documents filed in court.

According to the suit, Clavicular injected her face with Aqualyx, which is an injectable that breaks down the fat cells, without Mendoza’s consent, and broadcast the act on camera without her permission. She believed that Peters was cleared to perform this procedure.

Furthermore, Mendoza states that Peters made several promises to her, including becoming the face of his ‘looksmaxxing’ products and helping her advance in 2025; however, Peters lied about his intentions.

Along with the medical allegations, Mendoza accuses Peters of sexual acts, claiming that he had sex with her underage. Additionally, she states that he assaulted her multiple times, at least once when she wasn’t able to consent. According to Mendoza, once, when she woke up, she found Clavicular having sex with her without giving consent.

The attorney representing Clavicular denied all allegations to TMZ:

“We are aware of the complaint recently filed against Mr. Peters,” said the statement. “These are allegations only and remain unproven. Mr. Peters denies the claims and disputes the characterization of events. He will respond through the appropriate legal channels and intends to vigorously defend himself.”

No further comment was provided by the attorney. At present, Peters faces no criminal charges in this matter.
