Jalia Marrero: Missing Teenager Found Dead After Witnessing Her Father’s Murder

After a month-long search for 18-year-old Jalia Marrero, who witnessed her Dad, Luis Marrero, get murdered, her body was found up in Buffalo, New York. Jalia’s body was found in a shallow grave on Monday, June 6, 2022.

The Erie County medical examiner’s office has confirmed her identity. The cause of death is pending further investigation.

Jalia went missing shortly after she witnessed her Dad get murdered after he stood up for a young woman who was being beaten by her boyfriend Reuben Hampton. It has been reported that Jalia’s family believes that Hampton the boyfriend of the woman that was getting beaten, tracked Jalia down and murdered her.

Anyone with information regarding her death is asked to call 911 immediately. This story is still an ongoing investigation.
