Jazz drummer Lawrence Leathers found dead at age 37

A celebrated jazz drummer, Lawrence Leathers, was found dead on Sunday in a Bronx stairwell, and 2 people were charged with assault in connection with his death, the police said.

Sterling Aguilar, 28, and Lisa Harris, 41, were arrested Monday in connection with Mr. Leathers’s death. Many reports are saying he died because he was apart of a Lovers Triangle. Which is really sad to see a talented black man die in that fashion.
