Justice For Ray: Montgomery County NC Sheriff Puts Black Man in Chokehold

#JusticeForRay trends on Twitter due to a black man being an alleged victim of police brutality.

From the video that surfaced online it looks like a Montgomery County NC Sheriff used a chokehold on a man that was already put into handcuffs. In the video, you can see Ray gasping for air. His mouth also appears to be bloody.

This a clear violation of MCSD’s Use of Force Policy! The deputy needs to be immediately disciplined for his deliberate and abusive actions!
