Kanye West’s Former Assistant Sues Him, Alleging Drugging and Sexual Assault at Diddy Party, Alongside Shocking Workplace Claims

Kanye West’s former assistant Lauren Pisciotta filed a bombshell 88-page lawsuit against the rapper and fashion mogul, naming and detailing several salacious allegations. Pisciotta worked for the rapper between 2021 and 2022, accusing him of drugging and raping her at a party he co-hosted with Sean “Diddy” Combs, among other claims of inappropriate behavior in the workplace. The shocking lawsuit puts into the light a complexly connected network of accusations against West, whose every step has been under crucial public and legal scrutiny for quite some time.

The incident, according to the lawsuit, occurred during a party in Santa Monica, where West allegedly peer-pressured those who attended the party to drink excessively. Pisciotta says after consuming the alcohol, she was disoriented and her memory of the night was lost. Years later, West allegedly admitted to Pisciotta that they “hooked up” during the party, although Pisciotta says she remembers nothing of that evening and believes she was raped.

The filing also alleges that West misled his then-wife, Kim Kardashian, as to the nature of their interaction, thus leading Kardashian to believe an affair had occurred. Pisciotta claims that the truth about her assault became hidden and further complicated the matter.

But beyond this one alleged assault, it unfolds a deeply disturbing description of West’s behavior in the workplace. She contends that, during her time at West’s Yeezy offices, he had inappropriate sexual relationships with employees, at one point setting up makeshift bedrooms within the office where these encounters would take place. It also contains bizarre and offensive requests-revealing a perverse desire to sleep with mothers of his employees or targets.

The complaint also alleges breach of promise around compensation: “West first agreed to pay Pisciotta $4 million per year, but later terminated her employment without severance or honoring his contractual agreement with her.” West himself publicly has dismissed the allegations, calling them “baseless” and the result of an extortion attempt by Pisciotta. As of this date, West has not filed any type of legal response to the accusations.

The accusations add to a growing controversies list linked to Kanye West, who over the last couple of years has fought personal and professional battles on and off the pitch. Given that such allegations are grave, this could have major implications for West’s personal and professional life as the case goes through its legal process.

Pisciotta’s suit creates a new chapter in a public debate of sexual misconduct in the entertainment industry-one that yields questions on power dynamics, toxic workplaces, and the treatment of women in these highly publicized environments. As this case develops, it will no doubt gain increased media attention, bringing with it discussions on accountability, consent, and the ongoing struggle for justice in cases of alleged sexual abuse.
