A series of videos documenting the disturbing racist behavior of Kathryn Smith, a 67-year-old former prosecutor from Midvale, Utah, has gone viral, drawing widespread condemnation and sparking legal action. The videos, initially shared by a targeted interracial family on TikTok and later reposted by the content creator (@TizzyEnt), depict Smith engaging in a months-long campaign of harassment and racial slurs against her neighbors.
The incidents captured in the videos include Smith yelling racial slurs at her neighbors, including children, chasing kids, and physically assaulting a pregnant woman. Smith currently has four active arrest warrants against her. The shocking content gained national attention, prompting Midvale’s mayor to issue a statement denouncing Smith’s actions.
The online backlash was fueled by the detailed account narrated by (@TizzyEnt), describing a pattern of racist behavior by Smith. The family revealed that the harassment began when the husband assisted a neighbor, and Smith, expressing racist sentiments, hired individuals using racial slurs to perform work. Since then, Smith consistently targeted interracial family, using racial slurs, disrupting their daily life, and even threatening harm to their child.
The disturbing escalation included instances where Smith chased the couple’s 9-year-old son and threatened to feed him to her Savannah cats. In one confrontation caught on video, the pregnant mother approached Smith, asking her to stop talking to the children. The situation quickly turned violent, with Smith allegedly punching the pregnant woman in the stomach while hurling insults about motherhood.
Despite the family’s numerous calls to the police, who initially dismissed the incidents as freedom of speech, they turned to the FBI for assistance. The FBI then engaged with local law enforcement to address the ongoing harassment.
The videos have ignited a broader conversation about the impact of racial animosity and the need for robust legal responses to hate crimes. The Midvale community, along with a wider audience on social media, expresses solidarity with the affected family and condemns Smith’s reprehensible behavior.

This monster’s behavior is hateful and ugly. I cannot believe that someone would hurl that kind of vitriol at anyone, but to say those things to a CHILD?!? Who the f*** does she think she is? I hope the family sues her for EVERYTHING she owns, and that the greater community shuns and shames her to the point that she’s forced to become a recluse. This should be treated like hate-speech and harassment, in my opinion. F*** this hateful, racist C***. May she die alone and lonely.
