A very popular couple who gained fame through sharing their life journey with ups, lows, and developments with millions of people on the internet decided to separate.
Kristy Scott, who, with her husband, Desmond Scott, makes up the couple known as “The Scotts,” decided to file for a divorce after 11 years of marriage. The couple, who dated in middle school, moved to Houston, Texas, where they built their “dream house.”
According to court papers revealed by TMZ, the reason cited by Kristy for the divorce is the alleged cheating on the part of her spouse. As the divorce court case gets underway, the couple will no longer be living together as husband and wife.
Kristy and Desmond started dating at 14 in middle school and have been together since. They got married in 2014. They have two sons named Westin and Vance.
The Scotts built their brand relationship through their Instagram and TikTok accounts, showcasing not only their family life, such as working on their Texas home, but also displaying their fun-loving side through Kristy’s designed dresses and funny costumes, Desmond’s “chef-like” meals, and Sarah’s flips, cartwheels, and energetic dancing while trying out her new heels.
Their last joint posting came in early December, where Kristy is seen posing as a labubu while Desmond is in the background.
