The former personal chef of Kylie Jenner has sued, claiming that poor conditions at the residence resulted in her miscarriage.
In the filing, the chef claims that she was hired around Thanksgiving 2024 and that she told her employers several weeks later that she was pregnant for three months. Still, despite telling them about the pregnancy, she was made to work for 11 to 12 hours five days a week, doing physically challenging tasks.
Moreover, according to the filing, on December 31, 2024, the chef was told to transport food items across the street and uphill without assistance. It took her some time to breathe properly; security assisted her.
Furthermore, it was requested of her to help with one of Jenner’s children’s birthday parties in Palm Springs in early February 2025 without sufficient assistance. Despite her numerous requests for help, her requests were ignored. The next morning, she woke up bleeding heavily and was diagnosed with a miscarriage in the hospital.
According to the filing, one of the supervisors said to her, “Stop it, just stop it. You are upsetting Kylie. You are making her depressed,” when she was mourning her loss.
Jenner herself has not made any comments.
This is the third suit filed against Jenner in recent months, following two other cases brought by those who claim they previously worked for Jenner as housekeepers.
