Lizzo is also accused of pressuring dancers to touch a nude performer in Amsterdam, as well as making up accusations that they were drinking at work that led to an “excruciating” audition. These and other allegations are included in the lawsuit.
The lawsuit also makes claims of a hostile work environment, sexual harassment, racial and religious discrimination, false imprisonment, interference with future economic advantage, and other things; however, not all of these claims are applicable to all of defendants. Lizzo (Melissa Viviane Jefferson), Quigley, and Lizzo’s production company, Big Grrrl Big Touring, Inc. are listed as the defendants.
NBC News also revealed that Lizzo’s representatives did not immediately respond to requests for comment, Quigley did not respond immediately to a request for comment, and attempts to contact Lizzo’s production company, Big Grrrl Big Touring, Inc., were futile.
