Lupita Nyong’o Receives The Montecito Award at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival

Lupita Nyong’o received the Montecito Award at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival tonight.

Lupita Nyong’o has been dominating box office and also displaying so much excellence in her performances these past few years.

She was honored tonight at Santa Barbara historic theatre the Arlington.

The Montecito Award is named after one of the most beautiful parts of Santa Barbara. Past recipients of the honor include Melissa McCarthy, Saoirse Ronan, Isabelle Huppert, Sylvester Stallone, Jennifer Aniston, Oprah Winfrey, Daniel Day-Lewis, Geoffrey Rush, Julianne Moore, Kate Winslet, Javier Bardem, Bill Condon and Naomi Watts.
