Madison Beer has gotten engaged to Justin Herbert, the quarterback for the Los Angeles Chargers, via an Instagram post.
In her heartfelt post, she included a series of photographs highlighting her engagement, featuring her diamond ring, and captioned it “Meet my fiancé”.
This engagement is the latest in a line of almost one-year-long dating rumors about the couple, dating back to August 2025. Back then, there was speculation that the quarterback had been seen on the set of one of Beer’s shoots in Los Angeles.
They have been seen talking and laughing with each other between shots, and after a few days, they were seen leaving together for a mutual friend’s house in Redondo Beach.
Since then, this relationship has garnered huge media interest. In September 2025, they were seen holding hands while out casually; in October 2025, they were seen exchanging several kisses on the sidelines at SoFi Stadium before the Chargers game against the Washington Commanders.
Apart from this, the couple has been seen together at Lakers games, World Series games, Chargers Halloween events, among other public events.
While the quarterback had always remained tight-lipped about his relationship,t he started opening up about it in March 2026 by posting Instagram Story tributes in which he called her “my favorite person of all time” and said that “you changed my life forever,” adding that he feels like “the luckiest guy alive.”
In response, Beer replied, describing him as her “dream come true.”
In April 2026, he had posted a picture of the two of them with the caption “My world.” Around the same time, he appeared in the music video for Beer’s song “lovergirl,” from her Locket Deluxe project. The video showed them enjoying themselves at the beach, at a photobooth, and playing cards.
Previously, Madison talked about her desire for a conventional engagement ring when discussing her relationship goals and said she is “basic with certain things.”
She has thanked Herbert for helping her career, as he has been seen in her Locket Tour and at some of her shows, like her headlining gig at the Kia Forum.
