Meek Mill Requests An Immediate Release Prison Form and Removal of the Judge.

By: Wayne D. Ayers II

New information on the Meek Mill has been released. After being sentenced to 2-4 years in prison, Meek Mill is filing a motion seeking his prison release and for his decade long probation to be terminated. Meek also requested that Judge Genece Brinkley could be removed from his case, some would say she handed down an absurd sentence. Meek Mill attorney Joe Tacopina believes that Brinkley “clearly has a personal vendetta” against Meek. The rapper was arrested in March on misdemeanor assault charges and in August for reckless driving and reckless endangerment. Meek’s attorney argues that since charges from both of those incidents were dropped, he should be granted time served and an imminent prison release. JAY-Z released a statementcalling the judge’s decision “unjust and heavy handed.”

The whole city of Philadelphia came out to support Meek Mill in the free meek rally. It also been reported that Meek Mill wants out of solitary confinement.
